#TheOpenCPDNetwork was launched on January 2017 by Dr. John Francis L. Faustorilla Jr as spearhead project in response to RA10912, otherwise known as the “Continuing Development (CPD) Act of 2016”. We aim to create a new partnership arrangement offering accredited CPD Courses offered mostly through online portals at #ZeroCost to the participants. The new arrangements allow for better competency acquisition and development of the Licensed Professionals without the need for costly payment mechanisms. It also fosters the information, education and communication of timely updates and topics throughout any access point in the Philippines with Internet Connection.

Furthermore, he sees through this initiative as the disruptive innovator to the social divide of competency mismatch and profiteering from CPD courses.

It will also generate a freemium model that will boost the confidence of participants to invest in paid-for CPD courses, or simply pay forward the benefits they reap as this follows through the Bridging Leadership Model.
