“Hi mga Ka-Organizadong grupo. Good day to everyone. It’s my very first time to post and to share something here in the group. I’ve been meaning to share this filter for stock that I’ve developed. This is just a simple excel file that I use to filter the MA’s status of the stock in PSE. I developed this because I am a trader with a full time job and I want to make fast my scanning of uptrend stocks.
What you can filter here is the following:
1. Stocks in AOTS (20MA>50MA>100MA)
2. Stocks in AOTS+ (Price>20MA>50MA>100MA)
3. For AOTS (Stocks about to go AOTS)
4. Reverse AOTS (100MA>50MA>20MA) so I could easily avoid downtrend stocks
5. Zeus Strike (stocks with 100MA that crosses below the price)
How to use this.
1. You need to download 2(two) consecutive days of data from Investagrams. Go to Terminal, click export, then click excel. Investagrams is updating daily their data so you need to download their data daily also.
2. On the Charting Filter excel file, there are the 3 sheets. Paste the earlier data(ex. Feb 23) from investagrams on the “Previous Data”, and paste the latest (ex. Feb 24) on the “Today’s Data”.
3. Go to the filter sheet and the stocks are now filtered base on the MA parameters I enumerated above.
You can also filter the line rank of a stock here (Blue chip, 2nd liner, 3rd liner, 4th liner). Please also take note of the conditional formatting of the values here (green and red).
PS. Since I am only using 2 consecutive days of data, the filter doesn’t work so well on Zeus Strike specially when price of a stock is crossing above or below the 100MA often.
It may seem complicated specially for newbies, but actually its easy to use and of great help for me. I hope it will be a helpful tool also for everyone specially with full time job that doesn’t have the luxury of time to scan manually the charts.
Please do not use this filter para maging tamad sa pagscan ng charts. Sabi nga ni Boss Zee, “I guess I just find art and beauty in manually looking at the many charts out there even if they don’t mean me money. Like looking at the clouds or star gazing.”
Just comment below for questions about this filter and I’d be more than willing to answer.”
